LOST CAT from Matadero and Laguna area of Barron Park (Palo Alto), Sunday March 3rd around 10am.
"Bombay" is a glossy black short hair male (neutered) cat. He is all black, no white anywhere. He has big round gold eyes (his breed is bombay as is his name) He talks as do the Siamese cats. Weighs about 9 lbs.
He fell from a tree and ran down bike path, possibly toward Laguna or up Matadero Hill last sunday morning. He's an indoor cat and probably scared, and doesn't know his way around the neighborhood. His previous escapes have been brief, except one overnighter. No food/water since last Wed, Feb 27. He slipped out of house Last Thurs, and we know spent 3 nights in the tree.
He is sweet tempered, and is not declawed. Right now we think he is scared and possibly hurt from the fall from the tree limb, which petrified him.
Has round silver id tag as well as smaller round City Palo Alto Pet ID tag: # 8656. Wearing light gray/faded blue colar.
If you have seen him or think you may have seen him, please either call or send email. We are very worried about him and hoping for his safe return.
Pls phone any time, we have a recorder and I have voicemail at work:

If you live in the Barron Park Area, I would appreciate your checking your garage or any other area that may be locked that Bombay could have taken refuge in and could possibly be there
